Your Georgia realtor's license is closer than you think!
Education
Before you can sit the licensure exam, you must complete 75 hours of pre-license education with an approved course. Fickling's Real Estate Education Center offers regular in-person courses in Macon and Warner Robins, as well as online classes for those who prefer to work at their own pace.
Course Exam
At the end of your pre-license course, you'll have a final exam. A score of 72% or higher is required to move to the next step of the process.
Criminal History Report
Before you submit your application to take the licensing exam, you must provide a certified criminal background history from the Georgia Crime Information Center.
Pass the Exam
The Georgia Real Estate Salesperson licensing exam is a 152-question multiple choice test administered by PSI. Schedule your exam at PSI →
Apply for Your License
Once you've passed the Salesperson exam, you can apply for your Georgia license.
Find a Sponsor
You must secure sponsorship from a current and active Georgia real estate broker to activate your license. It's essential at this time to find a brokerage that's a good fit for you and your future career plans.
