- How long will it take to complete the class?
- The dates are January 14, 2027 to April 15, 2027. The course typically runs 13 to 14 weeks depending on intervening holidays.
- When will the class meet?
- From 6pm to 9:15pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Is there an end-of-course exam?
- Yes. At the end of the pre-license course you'll take a final exam. A score of 72% or higher is required to move on to the Georgia Real Estate Salesperson exam.
- Does the class include books?
- Yes — the cost of the class is $550.00 and includes all course materials. Students need only bring their own notepads.

Refund Policy
Should the class need to be canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified in advance and may either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a future class. Once your class begins, there are no refunds.
Registrants may request a refund up to 1 business day before class starts. A $50 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be provided on or after the official start date of class.

No recruiting for employment opportunities at any real estate brokerage firm is allowed in this class or on the school premises. Promptly report any effort by anyone — including a fellow student — to recruit on behalf of a brokerage firm to the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
